Rich Wilkerson is a husband, father, pastor, author and long time evangelist. He’s been ministering since 1973.

He’s traveled all throughout the US and Canada speaking with over 1.5 million youth on over 1600 public school campuses. He has great insight and wisdom because of his extensive background in ministry.

Along with his wife Robyn they pastor Trinity Church in Miami Florida. They are also the founders of Peace Makers a Christian Charity that helps the local Miami community. Peace Makers main goals are to: “Respond, Resource, Restore. We Respond to a person’s pain and need. We Resource them with tools for success and growth. We Restore them to sustainability and peace.”

The Travis Reed Interview

Travis is a husband and father of two boys. He’s also the child of the King. He’s the founder of The Work of the People, a media ministry. He calls it a visual liturgy. He’s logged over 40,000 hours in creating these videos on his site. From theologians such as Walter Brueggemann to speakers like Brene Brown. Travis has filmed and interviewed many of todays thought leaders on faith.

Growing up he was abused, kidnapped and left fatherless, only to be later saved when listing to a U2 song.

His story has been featured in Christianity Today. Here’s an excerpt from that interview.

“I was raised from the dead by the God of love. It’s just that simple in a way I can’t deny. I was dead. Now I’m alive. Because my story is now a salvation story, I have a voice. I don’t have to duct-tape fruit to the vine. I see the fruit of my resurrection every day. The Work of the People (the media ministry I founded) is living, breathing proof of the fruit that resurrection makes possible.”

The Aaron Havens Interview

Aaron Havens is a husband, father and pastor. He is the pastor of Church Project in Greeley Colorado. He has also served as a missionary. He has a heart for the local church and what it can do to not only touch the local community but the world.

Aaron talks about the ministry being a church planter, and even shares a story of a local pastor don’t wanting to be in his “backyard.”

Ken Wytsma is a husband and father of four. He is the author of The Grand Paradox and Pursuing Justice. Ken is the founder and pastor of Antioch Church in Bend Oregon. He is also the founder of the Justice Conference; tackling injustice in our world …“Now, more than ever, people of faith need to come together to wrestle with the injustice in our world.” The Justice Conference

We talk about his new book The Grand Paradox where Ken explores the messiness of life and faith in this book. He also tackles doubt and explains that doubt is what spurs on faith. Here’s what Ken says about doubt in The Grand Paradox. “We think doubt demands an answer. God thinks doubt demands faith. We look at doubt and think it needs urgent resolution. God looks at doubt and thinks we need patience and endurance.” The Grand Paradox

The Anne Peterson Interview

Anne Peterson is a poet, author, speaker and grandma. She’s been writing most of her life. She even won a writing contest in the 5th grade.

She has written 5 books, including Broken, which chronicles her story of abuse and the death and disappearance of her sister Peggy. She’s also written numerous bible studies, and over 25 articles for Christiainty today. Her greatest joy comes from being a grandma.

One of my favorite parts of the interview is Anne sharing her poetry. She is a gifted poet. In fact her poetry has been sold in stores since 1995.

Jeff is a writer, speaker, coach, and former accountant. He’s the author of Plastic Doughnuts, Giving That Delights the Heart of the Father. And his new book which we discuss today Divine Applause Secrets and Rewards of Walking with An Invisible God. Jeff explains and shares his story of what it means to walk with a God that you can’t see or hear.

He’s worked as a CPA, and used to daydream about being a professional blackjack player, emphasis on daydream. He is the former Vice President of Generosity Initiatives for Crown Financial Ministries.

His website Acceptable Gift dot org. helps bring “clarity, freedom and challenge to your church’s giving.” He helps coach churches and ministries in giving. He’s been featured in many publications including Relevant and Pastors dot com.
